Our Story
I didn’t learn tech in a classroom — I learned it in a garage. My dad’s an auto mechanic and my bonus dad’s an electrician, so I spent every weekend of my childhood handing tools, watching things get taken apart, and figuring out how to put them back together. By the time I was fifteen, I was building computers from scrap parts just for fun. The degree from LA Harbor College made it official. The thousands of hours in the garage made it real.
When I moved to Las Vegas in June 2015, I hit a wall fast — the pay for tech work here wasn’t what I was used to in California. So I did what any self-respecting tech person would do: I found a platform online and started fixing everything myself. Laptops, PCs, routers, TVs, networking setups — even water filtration systems for a testing lab. I figured out pretty quickly that if you’re reliable, show up on time, and actually fix the problem, people will keep calling you back. That’s still the whole business model.
I treat every customer the way I’d want to be treated. The customer is always right — until they’re not. And when they’re not, I’ll tell you straight, explain why, and still find you the best solution. No upselling junk you don’t need. No disappearing after the job. Just honest work from someone who actually knows what they’re doing.
The name iFixpoop gets a laugh every time. Good — that’s the point. You’ll remember it when something breaks. And when something breaks, I’ll be there.
